How can I contact you? Ideally, via email at my@alfabet.coffee or by phone at +420 730 175 346.

What is the delivery fee? The delivery fee ranges from 89 to 119 CZK. For orders from 1000 CZK, shipping is free.

What are the available payment methods? We only accept card payments; cash on delivery is not possible. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay for your order with Bitcoin or Ethereum.

Do you ship outside the Czech Republic? Not at the moment, but we hope to do so soon.

Can I pick up my order at one of your cafes? Yes, you can have your order directed to any of our cafes. We will gladly prepare it for you there.

How soon can I expect my shipment? For orders containing coffee, we ship from Monday to Wednesday after roasting. Orders not containing coffee are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Which delivery companies do you use? We collaborate with Zásilkovna / Packeta and use their pick-up network. For delivery to an address, the package may be delivered by one of Zásilkovna's contractual partners (PPL, DPD, etc.).

What are the opening hours of the pick-up locations? The opening hours follow the operating hours of our cafes.
