Thanks to our coffee supplier from Guatemala, we are once again able to offer you cascara, the dried coffee cherry husks, which you can use to prepare your favorite lightly caffeinated refreshing drink, whether iced or hot.

As a basic recipe, you can use 12g of cascara for 250g of water. We recommend steeping for at least 5 minutes (the longer, the better in our opinion).
