Refund policy
1. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT:
1.1 Within 14 days, you have the right as a consumer to withdraw from this contract without stating a reason.
1.2 You have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within a period of 14 days from the day following the day of concluding the contract, and in the case of a purchase contract where you or a third party specified by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods. In the case of goods delivered in several parts, the receipt of the last delivery shall be considered, and in the case of regular repeated deliveries, the receipt of the first delivery of goods shall be considered.
1.3 To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform Alf & Bet, spol. s r.o., located at Křižíkova 488/115, 186 00, Prague 8, identification number: 05557135, through a unilateral legal act (e.g., by email, by a letter sent via postal services provider). You may use the attached withdrawal form template, but this is not obligatory.
1.4 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of the relevant period.
2. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT:
2.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from the contract, for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
2.2 Return of Goods:
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Alf & Bet, spol. s r.o., 180 00, Prague 8, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
2.3 Costs of Returning Goods:
- You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
2.4 You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
2.5 If you requested to begin the provision of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
