Frequently asked questions
Where can the branding be placed?
We place your logo directly on the tube label next to the coffee information. For the packaging itself, you can choose from three design variants, which can be combined in any way within your order.
Will you provide the graphic design for the label?
If you provide us with your logo, we will sensitively incorporate it into our visual standard. For more complex graphic adjustments, we will send you a template for your designer to prepare a custom design.
Can we choose a specific type of coffee?
Certainly. You can choose from our entire current selection of beans for both espresso and filter. If you are undecided, our roasters will be happy to recommend a coffee that best matches your vision. By the way, we also have a great decaf option.
Do you also put ground coffee in the tubes?
We only pack whole beans in the tubes. Unlike bags, tubes do not have a valve, so ground coffee would lose its aroma unnecessarily quickly. We want your gift to taste great even weeks after opening.
How long does delivery take?
We manage to process most corporate orders within 7 business days from the approval of the graphics and confirmation of the order. It simply depends on the current stock of specific beans and the size of the order.
Will the coffee be fresh?
We roast every week. Coffee is at its best roughly 2–3 weeks after roasting, when its flavor stabilizes (it "degasses"). If you need the gifts for immediate consumption, we will select beans from our stock that are currently in peak condition.
What are the delivery options?
We’d love to meet you in person at our spot in Holešovice. You can pick up your completed order directly at our roastery at Komunardů 1584/42, Prague 7, by prior arrangement. Of course, we also ship orders via courier straight to your address.
How can I order the coffee?
Just send us your vision at my@alfabet.coffee. We will prepare a quote, fine-tune the bean selection and label design, and as soon as everything is confirmed, we’ll get to roasting, printing, and packing.
Is coffee a tax-deductible expense?
Yes. If you give the coffee as a promotional gift, it is a tax-deductible expense up to a value of 500 CZK (excluding VAT). The condition is that it must feature your logo, which we will help you with through our tube personalization. Additionally, you can claim a VAT deduction for such a gift.
What is the minimum order quantity for personalized tubes?
We prepare tubes with custom branding for orders of 50 pieces or more. If you need a smaller number of gifts, you can purchase tubes without personalization starting from just one piece on our e-shop.
