Mikov Ruby bread knife

A high-quality blade with the Mikov logo is made from martensitic stainless steel DIN 1.4116 with a hardness of 55 HRc and is set into a wooden handle. Thanks to the precise craftsmanship, the handle and blade fit together perfectly, leaving no space for dirt and harmful bacteria. The blade is equipped with a bolster to protect fingers while cutting. The Ruby knife is suitable for everyday use and is resistant to corrosion. This knife has been used and tested extensively in our bakery.
