Meet .. Mr. Bread

We focus on bread. Some of our breads are quite complex to prepare, some less so, but we strive to bake honest bread just like we used to know. We aim for higher hydration, a more thoroughly baked crust, and we play with longer fermentation times. And why the names? Světova Street and a bit of the places from which the recipes themselves originate.

  • slow fermentation in cold for 16-20 hours
