Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
The goods are delivered to the buyer:
- To the address specified by the buyer in the order.
- By personal collection at the seller's premises.
If the method of delivery is agreed based on the buyer's special request, the buyer bears the risk and any additional costs associated with this method of delivery.
If, according to the purchase contract, the seller is obligated to deliver the goods to a location specified by the buyer in the order, the buyer is obliged to accept the goods upon delivery.
If, due to reasons attributable to the buyer, it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in a manner different from that specified in the order, the buyer shall bear the costs associated with repeated delivery of the goods or the costs associated with alternative delivery methods.
Upon receipt of the goods from the carrier, the buyer is obliged to inspect the integrity of the packaging of the goods and, in case of any defects, to immediately notify the carrier. If there is evidence of tampering with the packaging indicating unauthorized access to the shipment, the buyer may refuse to accept the shipment from the carrier. This does not affect the buyer's rights regarding liability for defects in the goods and other rights of the buyer under applicable laws.
Further rights and obligations of the parties regarding the transportation of goods may be governed by special delivery terms issued by the seller, if such terms are issued by the seller.
